Projects

Products I build, tools I use every day, and experiments.

Products

2

  • Desio

    2026–nowLead builder

A platform that helps restaurants bring their customers back more often.

My main project. Most of my decisions about architecture and automation get tested here, against real restaurants and real orders.

  • Quick Park

    2026Client projectPrivate repo

Parking lot management: tickets, subscribers, payments and the cash register.

A web dashboard for the office and a handheld app for the operators at the gate.

Tools I use daily

4

  • krug-flow

    2026Private repo

The change flow I ship code with: small skills I own, plus a strict CLI.

Each change goes from a plan to a build to a review, and the strict parts run as code, not as memory.

  • digest

    2026Private repo

A daily email that summarizes my sources.

One server gathers and summarizes; I read it on the web, in the terminal or on my phone.

  • whatsapp-tui

    2026Private repo

    A terminal client for WhatsApp.

The macOS app is unpleasant, and the existing terminal clients force a trade between a good backend and a good interface.

  • mail-tui

    2026Private repo

    A terminal mail client.

Mail where the rest of my work already is, with the keys I use everywhere else.

Experiments

2

  • scenario-reverse

    2026Public repo

Reverse-engineers the bus protocol of Scenario home-automation modules.

So the dimmers and relays can be controlled from Home Assistant, without the vendor's controller.

  • desempate

    2026Private repo

A seven-round game: in each round, pick the statement you agree with.

At the end, the verdict shows whose positions match yours. The page names no person or organization.
