Who I am
I'm Ricardo Krug, a Brazilian founder and programmer. I built my first websites in 2007, as an intern at the Instituto Municipal de Administração Pública de Curitiba, with Drupal and Joomla. Then I studied law and criminology, founded Introcrim, an online school for law students, and worked on film sets as a digital imaging technician. At the end of 2025, I went all in on code. Now I build Desio, a platform that helps restaurants bring their customers back more often.

Timeline
My first job, as an intern at the Instituto Municipal de Administração Pública de Curitiba.
I build websites with Drupal and Joomla.
I study law at UniCuritiba, then criminal law and criminology at ICPC and at Columbia University.
Columbia's Graduate Foundations program, 2017, with a focus on criminology: GPA 3.96/4.
I found Introcrim, an online school for law students: criminal justice, philosophy and methodology.
With Curso CEI, an MEC-authorized post-graduate program: more than 1,500 students and more than R$1 million in scholarships. When covid hit, we helped Brazilian universities keep teaching, pro bono.
“The crisis as criminal”: a thesis on the 2008 crisis, with one claim at its core. Law is itself a technology of social control.
Defended in December 2022. It still shapes how I write about rules today.
Digital imaging technician through Cena23, on projects for Rede Globo and Canon Brasil.
DIT and media handler on the feature Relicário. I also taught on the Ministry of Culture's course for digital imaging technicians.
I see what code makes possible and go all in as a developer.
